Maurice, with his wife and two teenage boys are financially struggling. His wife, has ovarian cancer and should have been operated on last month. However, Maurice has not been able to work because he was taking care of his mom in Wisconsin. Previously, he was a limo and bus driver in Las Vegas and received a few automobile infractions. His driver’s license in now suspended and it will cost over $1,000 for it to be activated. Without a driver’s license, he is still able to work but can’t find a job. The family cannot afford for their mom to take off six weeks to recover from the surgery.
